    • The house replicates the traditional house of a coffee farm, a space where the family that keeps the farm lives and where they coexist with the workers and visitors who are there at all times.

    • The cabins start from a traditional design, but introduce variations in their form and execution, being respectful as well as modern.

  • Efficient design and takes into account bioclimatic architecture criteria. The design responds to the characteristics of the climate of the area:

    • Its extended cover protects from sunlight and rain.

    • Its elevation above the ground protects from moisture and animals.

    • The walls keep you warm on cold days and cool on warm days, aided by natural cross ventilation.
The design enhances and encourages the contemplation of the natural environment in which it is located, seeking open spaces of relationship.

  • We have hired local labor for the execution of the works and for the management of the farm.
