Finca la Palma will apply an additional charge to the amount of your invoice for transport costs that will vary depending on the kilos sent according to the following scale:

• 0 - 5 kg. € 4.30

• 5 - 10 kg. € 6.75

• 10 - 15 kg. € 8.95

• Additional kg. € 0.49

Payment methods

Finca la Palma offers the possibility of paying the total amount by Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) or by bank transfer. If you use this last method of payment, contact Finca la Palma so that we can provide you with the bank details and you can make the transfer.

Delivery area

The Finca la Palma online store will only be operational in Spanish territory (Peninsula). For shipments outside the peninsula, please contact us at: info@finca-la-palma.co

Delivery times

Finca la Palma guarantees its customers that orders placed through the online store will be served within a maximum of four business days from the moment the full amount has been paid. In the event of not being able to comply with our delivery deadlines policy, you will be duly informed and sufficiently in advance.

Coffee beans and ground coffees

Within the range of coffees from Colombia and other origins that Finca la Palma offers, there are coffee beans and ground coffees. Although Finca la Palma recommends consuming the products in grain, we offer the possibility of serving varietal coffees in the ground, at the customer's request.

Returns

Finca la Palma will only accept returns in the event that there has been an error in the delivery of its products or the product is not in optimal condition.

Send as a gift

Finca la Palma offers you the possibility of sending our products as a gift to the person you want, or sending them to a different address than the billing address. To do this, once you have chosen the product (s) and decide to process the order, you must fill in the shipping information that you will find in your Finca la Palma account "My information / Shipping to another address", specifying in the purchase process that you want it send as a gift.
