The Arabica coffee species in the wild reaches 9 or 12 meters in height and tall or short varieties have been achieved with red or yellow fruits.
GEISHA
Height: 1.750 MASL
Geisha is an original variety from the mountains around a town called Geisha, in southeastern Ethiopia.
It is recognized for its quality, specifically in relation to its sweetness, acidity and floral tones and a feast of the finest fruits, such as guava, citrus, mango and pineapple.
In itself it has some characteristics that make it different and identifiable apart from other coffee trees, which makes it our star coffee.
Process: Natural. Sun and wind.
By having a unique microclimate, provided by the mountain chain of the Western Cordillera, the air currents from the Pacific arrive and are in charge of the sun's rays to dehydrate the coffee bean up to 11% humidity.
We harvest this coffee since 2020.
TABI AMARILLO Y ROJO
Height: 1.740 MASL
It appeared in 2002 thanks to the research work of Cenicafé (National Coffee Research Center).
It is a hybrid of the Timor, Tipica and Bourbon varieties, obtaining a coffee with characteristics in the cup very typical of its Bourbon and Tipica parents and the body of Timor.
It offers a different sensory experience, with intense body and cup characteristics. It is a very fine and fruity coffee, delicate in fragrance. Its body is clean, with predominant notes on the palate of pineapple, tangerine, caramel and vanilla accompanied by floral touches.
You know, Tabi means "GOOD" in the Guambiano dialect, Colombian natives from southern Colombia.

This variety has been successfully developed within agronomic parameters.
It is characterized by its fragrance of sugar cane and caramel, a citrus flavor, where orange predominates, accompanied by honey, green tea, medium citric acidity.

VARIEDAD CENICAFÉ 1
Height: 1.600 MASL
The Cenicafé 1 variety is the latest advance of the coffee industry (2016-2018), to continue adapting to climate change and the market. Without forgetting that the reason for the La Palma farm is High Quality Coffee and not quantity, it has wanted to have a small plot of 2,400 trees and, as is the case of the Castillo Rosario variety, to highlight the joint effort of the coffee growers of Colombia.
As this variety is so new, we only hope that the unbeatable climatic conditions in which it is found will allow us to offer very striking micro lots to the most demanding palates.
